Busy Busy Busy
Pictured coming soon, but quickly letting everyone know that doesn't know already, I was promoted. Ha if you want to call it that ;-) When I was teaching Kindergarten, I was only hired as a half time teacher and then offered a half time aid position as well. My promotion is to Third Grade. I taught one week of Kindergarten then was offered the full time position and started teaching last Monday. I have been super busy trying to adjust to the older grade, moving rooms, and then just teaching! It's an adjustment but I love it so far. I thought I had pictures of my new room, but I guess not yet. So Soon....Soon! Since I know you are all excited about it anyway ;-)

Hey that was my post title! LOL. Congrats on the promotion! Fun! However I'm sure that means it will still be FOREVER before I see you!
I'm happy you are enjoying it so far. You will do awesome and It will settle down after your all adjusted.
I'm glad you're liking it. I've heard 3rd grade is the best one. So did you switch after the year had started? What happened with your Kindergarten class? Just wondering all the crazy logistics of moving all of a sudden! :)
I taught Kindergarten for one week, then the next monday moved to third. Third had been in session for about 2 weeks I think. I was only teaching 1/2 time so I could work in the afternoons to get my classroom somewhat ready. They hired a half time teacher to replace me after I left. make sense?
