We are still alive!

I know, I know, it's been about a since the last post! I hate posting without pictures, and we are having troubles getting around the censorship like before, which means no pictures. It also means no posts because.... like I said before I hate posting without pictures! ha

Teaching is a lot more fun this term. We know what is expected, we know the kids, and the weather is warmer so we can play outside more! We also haven't been as sick as before so that helps too!

We are about to hit our 3 months left mark! I can't believe it has been seven months since we left! As our time in China is coming to an end it has left us thinking a lot. Michael the Analyst of the family is thinking finances, jobs, taxes, cars, sports, exercising, etc. Me, the non-analyst of the family is thinking of jobs(kindergarten), new apartment, scrapbooking, family, a "we're Back from China BBQ", etc. Just a lot of unknown things! It's scary having to go back to responsibilities. We have been living the life here. We aren't making a lot of money in US dollars, but here in China we are making about 4 times what the average teacher makes. It will be weird to go back and have to worry about money again! We don't pay rent, we don't have to worry about a car and the money that goes into that, we don't have to worry about cell phone payments, and we don't have to worry about jobs, since we obviously have them.

On July 1st, we will be Homeless, Carless, phoneless, Jobless (hopefully not, but it is a 50/50 chance still). It is kind of scary! We have talked...just talked... of coming back a second year! don't worry mom, it probably won't happen. Anyway, during all of this talking we both decided we don't like the unknown, and just wish we knew what will happen! I guess it is an adventure though, so who can complain?

Hopefully we will figure out a way around the censorship soon, then I will post the pictures waiting to be posted!

Until then...

I agree, the unknown is kind of rotten. But, if you're like us, even though you hate the unknown... it will stay that way until the very last possible minute. But then it all works out. Enjoy your last 3 months! Exciting!

Everything will work out. Like Michelle said, sometimes its not until last minute, but something always works out. Can't believe it's gone by so quickly! Have fun!
