Michael has started a new exercise program and it is kicking his butt in a very good way! It has been fun watching him do it because he tends to make faces I have never seen this boy do!! But you can definitely tell it is working him hard!
Atleast there is a smile on this boys face now!!
On some days it requires him to do a lot of jumping. He started feeling really bad for our neighbors below us, especially since we talked to them last. We found out their ceiling was going up and down quite a bit and pushing their ceiling fan down too! So now he takes the jumping part out side! thank heavens for Lap Tops!
This program also has him on a pretty good diet, which will help me too I guess ;-) We both took "Before" pictures and before we go to Cancun in August we'll post them with our "after" pictures! Wish us luck!!

Your poor neighbors downstairs! Glad you moved it outside... and we need to gain some of your motivation!
