These elk have been sitting on this hill by Deer Creek Reservoir for the last couple of days. Driving home after School today I finally pulled over to take a picture of them to share with my elk lov'n family!
In the mean time, my car got stuck in the snow, and tried to frantically get a hold of some of my friends that usually would be passing by to help me out, but had no luck they were able to leave school early!
I tried one last time to get the car out before calling a different friend and alas, I was able to get free! So was it worth it? Of course it was! (by the way , there were were around 30 elk that I could see. I also couldn't see any antlers, so if you look at them closer, and find some let me know!!)

How I miss going for rides up on Cove just to see the Deer and Elk. How awesome to see them all the time.
Cool pictures....probably worth it!
So, the pictures aren't coming up on our computer... but from the sounds of it, it sounds like it was worth it?
